Can you really make content go viral based on a set of marketing directions and/or parameters? Is there some kind of secret to making content go viral? The answer is yes, but it doesn’t have anything to do with marketing, per se.
We asked Kristie Wells, President of Social Media Club, to give us her take on the meaning of the overused and misunderstood term, and to tell us what the key ingredient is, if any, that makes something go viral.
